We are excited to announce that we are once again planning an in person conference this year for:

    Moncton, New Brunswick - April 24-28, 2024!

April 24 evening - Conference kick off and Meet and Greet
    April 25 and 26 - 8:30am-5pm Conference presentations
April 25 - 6-9pm Dinner Out for all conference attendees
    April 27 - 8:30am-5pm Continuing Education Courses
April 28 - 8:30am-5pm Hands on practical field trip
CARST’s next radon conference is coming up and we need your involvement to make it a success!

We are looking for presentations on practical lessons in the field, research on relevant topics. This can be done through PRESENTATIONS, POSTERS and CONTINUING EDUCATION courses to help grow radon knowledge across Canada in both English and French. We love real-life case examples, stories of impact, or proven peer-reviewed scientific results. Share and showcase your expertise and successes to our diverse group of stakeholders.

This year's theme is Ride the Tide from Awareness to Education. We have noticed a growing field of people who are aware of radon, but there is a need to improve knowledge and provide more education on more topics. Join us as we dive in to talk about first nations communities and what they are doing to test and reduce radon levels, how can we continue to improve standards and practices in our industry and how do we reach more medical professionals, construction professionals, real estate agents and other relevant groups so that we have more groups sharing the right information.

Submit an abstract to present. Submissions are due by January 31, 2024. A review committee will review submissions and contact you.
